Free Registration

Registration involves a short agreement between your practice and the feeSmart financier. This agreement provides that:

a) The financier will pay you 100% of any financed invoice shortly following receipt of agreements and the first direct debit from the clients account.
b) Funding of fees from clients for between $1,000 and $20,000 each are generally automatically accepted, larger amounts may be subject to agreement.
c) The financier will manage the receipts of the clients repayments
d) The client's loan will recourse to the practice in the event of a clients default.

Registration creates no obligation for clients or professional advisers to submit fee funding agreements.  It simply ensures the facility is available as and when clients choose to use it.
